I started investing in property when people thought it was foolish. The first land I bought was small and hidden behind the express. People told me I was wasting money. But I knew what I was doing.
I believed once I had a leg in, I could slowly buy up the rest. And that is exactly what happened. I bought one, then another, and later the whole street. It took years, patience, and negotiation.
That’s the thing about vision—others may not see it, but you must trust your spirit. Don’t wait for everything to look perfect before you start. Begin small and keep building.
Today, I look back and I’m grateful I listened to my own conviction.
